FAQ
The 8 Questions Clients Ask Most About Shipping from China
Can you pick up goods directly from my supplier?
Yes. We can coordinate supplier pickup as part of the shipping process, depending on the origin, supplier location and agreed service.
What is the difference between DDP and DAP?
The main difference is the allocation of import responsibilities. Under DDP, the seller is responsible for delivery to the agreed destination including import clearance and applicable duties and taxes under the arrangement. Under DAP, the buyer generally handles import clearance and applicable duties and taxes.
Can you handle EXW shipments?
Yes. EXW shipments can be coordinated from the supplier's location, allowing the logistics process to begin with pickup and export handling.
Do you provide door-to-door shipping?
Yes. We provide door-to-door logistics solutions for applicable routes and shipment types, from supplier pickup through final delivery.
What information do you need for a shipping quote?
We typically need the origin, destination, cargo description, quantity, weight, dimensions or volume, preferred shipping method and Incoterm if known.
I don't know which shipping solution I need. Can you help?
Absolutely. You don't need to know the right shipping method or Incoterm before contacting us. Share your shipment details and we'll help identify a suitable solution.
How long does shipping from China take?
Sea freight FCL: US West Coast 12–15 days, East Coast 20–30 days, Europe 30–35 days, Mexico 25–33 days, Brazil 32–40 days. Air freight: 3–7 days to the US/Europe, 2–5 days within Asia. Express courier: 3–9 days worldwide. All are door-to-door transit times on our standard services.
Do you ship to markets outside the US, such as Europe or the Middle East?
Yes. The US is our core lane, but we ship worldwide — Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, Oceania and 180+ countries — by sea, air, rail and multimodal combinations. See the Destinations section for lane details.
Can you ship batteries, cosmetics and other sensitive goods?
Yes, through compliant channels: battery cargo with UN38.3 test summary and MSDS, cosmetics (liquids/powders/pastes) via our sensitive-goods air and sea channels, and other restricted items case by case. We declare correctly — we do not move misdeclared cargo.
How do I get a quote, and how fast?
Send us origin city, destination, cargo description (name, weight, volume, packaging) and target date — via the quote form, WhatsApp or email. You'll receive a detailed all-inclusive quote within 24 hours.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T bank transfer is standard; for established clients we offer flexible credit terms on regular lanes. Payment schedule is confirmed in the quotation before any shipment is booked.
Do you handle customs clearance on both sides?
Yes. Export customs declaration in China is always included. On the import side we clear directly or coordinate with your broker: on the US lane we can pay duties as part of DDP; on DAP markets (Mexico, Brazil, Europe, etc.) import duties are settled by the importer or their licensed local broker.
Can you pick up goods from multiple suppliers?
Yes — multi-supplier consolidation is standard. We collect from factories across China into our Shenzhen/Guangzhou warehouses, photograph every receiving, verify quantities against your packing lists, and load one clean consolidated shipment.
