What is DDP?
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is an Incoterms® rule where the seller takes responsibility for delivering the goods to the agreed destination, including export and import formalities and applicable duties and taxes, subject to the terms of the sale and local requirements.
How we apply DDP
On the US lane we arrange DDP door-to-door and confirm the importer-of-record structure in writing before pickup. For Mexico, Brazil and other markets our structure is DAP: we deliver to the door while duties and import taxes are settled by the importer or their licensed local broker.
Responsibilities at a glance
Seller side
Responsible for delivery to the agreed destination, including import formalities and applicable duties and taxes within the agreed terms.
What we coordinate
Supplier pickup, export handling, international freight, import customs coordination, duties and taxes where applicable, and final delivery.
Outside the US
Our structure is DAP — we deliver to the door while duties and import taxes are settled by the importer or their licensed local broker.

Is DDP available for every destination?
Not in every market. We arrange DDP on the US lane. For Mexico, Brazil and other markets our structure is DAP, where the importer or their licensed local broker settles import clearance, duties and taxes.
What is not included in a DDP quote?
Costs caused by non-compliant goods, regulatory holds or missing delivery appointments are billed at cost. We flag these risks at quoting stage so nothing appears as a surprise line later.
