1. Services
Harmony Shipping Services Limited provides international freight forwarding services including sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and related logistics services. Detailed terms for each shipment are set out in the individual service agreement or quotation.
2. Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are provided in writing and are valid for the period stated. DDP quotations include freight, duties, taxes and delivery as described. Additional services requested after the quote may incur additional charges.
3. Customer Obligations
You agree to provide accurate shipment information, including product descriptions, values, and documentation. Inaccurate information may result in delays, penalties, or additional charges for which the customer is responsible.
4. Liability
Our liability is governed by applicable international conventions and national laws, including the Hague-Visby Rules for ocean carriage and the Warsaw/Montreal Conventions for air carriage, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, then through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
